Meet Our ALC

The ALC was born after Gary Keller realized that being a leader in his office meant that no one person could always know what the agents want in the business. So what better way to find that out than to ask the agents themselves.

This was the birth of the ALC and is now seen company wide. The ALC is your voice, your concerns and represents what matters to you. All members of the office are welcome at ALC meetings to learn what is going on in the market center. Only ALC members have a vote in market center matters.
